J. Carney, P.E. - President
Mrs.
Carney has over 20 years experience in the engineering field, with experience working with
the federal government, municipal government, and private engineering firms. Representative
projects Mrs. Carney has been involved with are: Metro-Dade Transit Agency Miscellaneous
Engineering Projects, Miami, Florida; General Engineering Projects, Miami-Dade Water and
Sewer Department; Miscellaneous Engineering Services, Dade County Aviation Department; and
the Cities of Miami Beach, Miami, and North Miami Beach; Miscellaneous Drainage Engineering
Services, Hollywood, Florida; Citywide Storm water Management Plan, Miami Beach, Florida;
and Water Main Extensions, Golden Glades Elementary School. She began Eleanor Carney
Engineering Associates, Inc. in 1993 and acquired James E. Neuhaus, Inc. in February 1997,
forming Carney-Neuhaus, Inc.
Dennis
Stevenson, P.E. - Vice President
Mr.
Stevenson serves as project manager for sewer, water and drainage design projects. Projects
currently in design include: additional parking at Miami International Airport, drainage
improvements for Allison Island in Miami Beach, water reuse system for Martin Correctional
Institute, subdivision infrastructure for Sanctuary Cove Apartment project, a parking lot
improvement for the Ft. Pierce Regional Service Center for Department of Management
Services, and the sewer and water upgrades at Ft. Pierce Farmers’ Market. Mr. Stevenson
currently supervises a staff of three engineers and three CADD Technicians.
Jovica
B. Malesevic, P.S.M.
As
Director of Surveying at Carney-Neuhaus, Inc., Mr. Malesevic plays an
instrumental role in managing surveying and mapping projects and
establishing relationships with clients in South Florida, as well as
managing and developing professional and technical activities in the Miami
and Palm Beach offices. He assists with technical and production portions of
surveys including legal descriptions, plats and drafting. In addition, he is
involved with design and permitting if infrastructure improvements for both
private and public sector projects. Mr. Malesevic is experienced in Auto CAD
Land Development, GPS Trimble TGO, Micro Station, and Vector. As a Geodetic
Engineer and a Professional Surveyor and Mapper who has worked with the
leading geodetic, surveying and mapping companies in Europe and USA, Mr.
Malesevic has worked closely with both state, federal and local governments.
